Project Portfolio

The brand new Pyburn Elementary School boasts 102,000 square feet and was constructed in two phases on an existing site. Accommodations were made to maintain the existing campus and associated MEP utilities while the first phase of the new school was constructed. Upon completion of Phase 1, the existing campus was partially demolished, with the remainder demolished after completion of Phase 2. The new building has a new electrical service, domestic and fire water service, gas service, and HVAC central plant, all installed during Phase 1 of construction.
