George L. Stanton

Shortly after graduating college, Mr. Stanton took his electrical engineering degree to the U.S. Air Force before landing his first civilian job as a mechanical and electrical engineer for a Houston engineering company. Two years later, Mr. Stanton started his own engineering company, June and Stanton Engineers, which morphed into JSE Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1991. Mr. Stanton is a founding member of Stanton Engineering Group, LLC and serves as managing member.

Tyler W. Herring

Member, Principal Engineer

Born and raised in Richmond, Texas, Mr. Herring joined JSE Consulting Engineers, Inc. after graduating from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He honed his knowledge of mechanical systems while also learning plumbing design, and cultivated a passion for researching new technologies and developing innovative designs. Mr. Herring is a founding member of Stanton Engineering Group, LLC and leads the mechanical and plumbing design and management team.

Michael A. Stanton, PhD

Member, Principal Designer

A native Houstonian, Dr. Stanton has lived and worked in Houston all his life, except for a brief time spent in California to complete his doctorate degree. He returned to Houston in 2012 to work on electrical designs for JSE Consulting Engineers, Inc., became co-owner of the company in 2013, and used his strong analytical skills to learn technology design. Dr. Stanton is a founding member of Stanton Engineering Group, LLC and leads the electrical design and management team.
